“Hope”

What day is it again? 11-14?

Well my shoulder injury has completely ruined my “plan” these past several days. Ironic that a workout caused it! It is getting better, on the order of about 1-2% a day. Instead of a general overall pain in the whole shoulder it’s a central pain only when doing certain things. I take that as meaning the inflammation is going down and now the body is focusing on healing.

So the point is that soon I’ll be getting my days going again but I won’t start with Day 1 because that’s not very accurate. I want this to be part of the journey to my goal, even if it set me back a few weeks. Better late than never eh?
